CHARLESTON VIRTUOSI WEDDING STRING QUARTET

The string quartet is a client favorite and the most requested event ensemble. We love string quartet weddings! In case you didn’t know, a string quartet consists of four string instrument players: two violinists, a violist, and a cellist. However, the format is not strict. We can cater to your ensemble needs and switch out the violin with a flutist. If you’re feeling daring, make it a quintet (five musicians) and we can add a trumpet player. The sound of the trumpet fills the hall, creating an ethereal atmosphere for church weddings. No wonder, it’s a popular instrument. It doesn’t stop there, though! Want more options?

We have over seven hours of music, including pop covers, classical, religious, Broadway, jazz, Jewish, and Bollywood music. Of course, you can also select music not included in our rich musical palette and we will deliver. Bonus! We do not charge any additional fees to arrange or learn any specially requested songs.

The Charleston Virtuosi string quartet performs during many VIP events and celebrity weddings around town. Our favorite was the wedding of Olympic figure skater Tara Lipinski at Middleton Place.

We are not a wedding-only group! We’ve been a part of house and venue concert series, grand openings, gala dinners, and much more. We played at the grand opening of Hotel Bennett and the grand opening of the new Porsche showroom in West Ashley.
